You said you got them from Winny and I have to say, being able to download stuff from Winny's the Goal of My Life And since I've only failed at it so far I was unshamedly thinking about asking You how do you connect at that crap Hope I'm not bothering you too much... In return, I could tell you about rules what do you think?

And now into the "Scan Policy" matter.
MT rules allow only high quality scans, over 1million pixels and with no artifacts (such as signs of enlargement). That's because scans are considered as a "source" for wallpapers: it's not actually easy to work at a small scan to make a good wallpaper, isn't it? So, first off, the quality. Then you must check galleries before uploading your scan. It must be a new one, not a double of one already existing in the gallery. But if your scan is of a bigger and better quality then upload it, reporting the old one and letting know mods you care about what you do
Those are the two main rules for Scans. More from the policy:

By submitting third-party scans to Minitokyo, you understand that scans from certain image sites are not permitted for submission and that it is your responsibility to check the FAQ section for the most updated list of non-permissible sites.

For the Deperate girl, I didn't enlarged it. I had to re-sized it smaller because this image was too big. Other pictures that you hav erased, I enlared them. Please be advised this.
